How much of your personal data appears on Facebook?

REVEALED: Facebook’s CIA Connections…

All I’m saying is that it appears to me that the key early investors in Facebook had direct relationships with In-Q-Tel or In-Q-Tel’s top management at the same time that Facebook was raising capital…

Timeline: Where Facebook got its funding

There are sweetheart deals Big Tech gets from government.

Civil-liberty advocacy groups have aired their privacy concerns for years, especially as they now relate to the Patriot Act. ‘Hastily passed 45 days after 9/11 in the name of national security, the Patriot Act was the first of many changes to surveillance laws that made it easier for the government to spy on ordinary Americans by expanding the authority to monitor phone and email communications, collect bank and credit reporting records, and track the activity of innocent Americans on the Internet,’ says the ACLU. ‘While most Americans think it was created to catch terrorists, the Patriot Act actually turns regular citizens into suspects.’  [CJF emphasis]

The New York Times, in my opinion, did something rather unusually interesting, and maybe even out of ‘character’ relative to “media memes and cultures”:  The NYT published an exposé of sorts December 27, 2018 titled Inside Facebook’s Secret Rulebook for Global Political Speech.

Max Fisher, author of the NYT’s article, says:

In a glass conference room at its California headquarters, Facebook is taking on the bonfires of hate and misinformation it has helped fuel across the world, one post at a time.

The social network has drawn criticism for undermining democracy and for provoking bloodshed in societies small and large.

According to a Facebook employee, who provided a copy to the NYT of the 1400-page rulebook, he feared “the company was exercising too much power, with too little oversight—and making too many mistakes.”

There’s more information here.

The “rulebook” is fashioned in PowerPoint presentations and Excel spreadsheets with bureaucratic titles representing what amounts to a “patchwork of rules set out by different parts of the company,” which apparently are too ambiguous regarding clarity and possible infringement upon individual rights?

The rulebook’s ‘guidelines’ perhaps may be regarded by some as an “unseen branch of government,” which no one wants to be impacted by, especially regarding one’s personal data and information.  But those infringements don’t stop there; Facebook may be interpreted as having geopolitical influences too.

The NYT does a fairly respectable job of delineating the rulebook’s ‘hodgepodge’ of what can be considered unvarnished censorship, plus interference with First Amendment rights for United States Facebook users, in my opinion.

As such, there are legitimate legal and constitutional needs for thorough independent, non-vested-interest investigations into not only Facebook but other Internet “self-appointed censors” or societal restructuring oligarchs who have overtaken the ‘administration’ of the Internet and its media outlets, especially those expressing conservative viewpoints, or those who disagree with what’s being pawned off as legitimate science, but categorically is pseudo-consensus-science—a deliberate vested-interest-strategy to further specific agendas to effectuate a Hegelian Dialectic principle, or colloquially referred to as “Problem>>Reaction>>Solution.”

Probably there’s no more astute ending for the disturbing developments regarding Facebook’s social network ‘hegemony’ than what the ranking member of the House Judiciary Antitrust Subcommittee, David Cicilline, said regarding Mr. Zuckerberg’s testimony:

Sure looks like Zuckerberg lied to Congress about whether users have ‘complete control’ over who sees our data on Facebook.  This needs to be investigated and the people responsible need to be held accountable.

Do you think there ever will be “real accountability”?  Personally, I don’t think so!  Why?  Because too many of the Deep State and Shadow Government’s alphabet agencies are tied into not only Facebook but, I contend, Microsoft, Google and other high profile Internet software and hardware providers and search engines for “backdoors” into everyone’s computers.  It’s all about data, censorship and more control over everyone’s lives, thinking processes and our minds!

Don’t believe that?  Please do your research.
